Enterprise Account Manager/Director - USA (Perm or CTP/T2P)
Demand7 already serves US clients. Now we're looking for a US-based sales leader to build and expand our presence in the market.
You'll sell AI-powered demand generation solutions to enterprise and high-growth B2B companies. Content syndication, telemarketing, waterfall campaigns, ABM programmes, intent-driven outreach—you'll become the trusted advisor who helps marketing leaders hit their pipeline targets.
This isn't order-taking. We need a hunter. Someone who can open doors, build relationships from scratch, and turn prospects into long-term clients. If you've got existing relationships in the B2B marketing space, even better—but what matters most is your ability to create opportunities where none existed.
You won't be working alone. A dedicated Customer Success Manager will partner with you and your clients post-sale, ensuring delivery runs smoothly while you focus on growth.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Building pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and your existing network
- Running consultative sales conversations with demand gen leaders and marketing executives
- Structuring deals and negotiating contracts that work for both sides
- Owning your territory—forecasting, planning, and executing against targets
- Collaborating with Customer Success to drive renewals and upsells
- Feeding market insights back to the team to sharpen our offering
A snapshot of what this role involves and what you'll develop:
Essential
- B2B demand gen sales experience — 5+ years selling digital marketing or demand generation solutions to marketing leadership. You understand the language, the buying cycle, and what makes these deals close.
- Proven track record — You've consistently hit seven-figure annual targets. You know what it takes to build and close a healthy pipeline.
- Hunter mentality — You thrive on finding new business, not just managing inbound. Whether through traditional or AI-driven cold outreach, networking, or leveraging relationships, you create your own opportunities.
- Enterprise & growth market experience — You've sold into fast-scaling companies and large enterprises. You understand how to navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
- Consultative approach — You sell by understanding problems first. You can articulate value in terms of client outcomes, not just features.
- Clear communicator — You translate complex solutions into simple benefits. Clients trust you because you're straight with them.
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with B2B marketing leaders in your network
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing and intent/signal data solutions
- Experience working with AI-generated pipeline or AI-assisted sales tools
- Regular use of AI/LLM tools in your workflow
- Seniority: We're open to experienced Account Managers through to Director-level candidates. Compensation and targets scale accordingly.
- Engagement: Permanent role or Contract-to-Permanent—we're flexible on structure depending on what works for you.
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission, proportionate to your experience and targets. Commission rates are above industry standard.
- Location: US-based, remote. Flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as you're available for client calls and hitting your numbers.
