Enterprise Account Manager/Director - USA (Perm or CTP/T2P)

Demand7 already serves US clients. Now we're looking for a US-based sales leader to build and expand our presence in the market.

You'll sell AI-powered demand generation solutions to enterprise and high-growth B2B companies. Content syndication, telemarketing, waterfall campaigns, ABM programmes, intent-driven outreach—you'll become the trusted advisor who helps marketing leaders hit their pipeline targets.

This isn't order-taking. We need a hunter. Someone who can open doors, build relationships from scratch, and turn prospects into long-term clients. If you've got existing relationships in the B2B marketing space, even better—but what matters most is your ability to create opportunities where none existed.

You won't be working alone. A dedicated Customer Success Manager will partner with you and your clients post-sale, ensuring delivery runs smoothly while you focus on growth.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Building pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and your existing network
  • Running consultative sales conversations with demand gen leaders and marketing executives
  • Structuring deals and negotiating contracts that work for both sides
  • Owning your territory—forecasting, planning, and executing against targets
  • Collaborating with Customer Success to drive renewals and upsells
  • Feeding market insights back to the team to sharpen our offering

Essential

  • B2B demand gen sales experience — 5+ years selling digital marketing or demand generation solutions to marketing leadership. You understand the language, the buying cycle, and what makes these deals close.
  • Proven track record — You've consistently hit seven-figure annual targets. You know what it takes to build and close a healthy pipeline.
  • Hunter mentality — You thrive on finding new business, not just managing inbound. Whether through traditional or AI-driven cold outreach, networking, or leveraging relationships, you create your own opportunities.
  • Enterprise & growth market experience — You've sold into fast-scaling companies and large enterprises. You understand how to navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
  • Consultative approach — You sell by understanding problems first. You can articulate value in terms of client outcomes, not just features.
  • Clear communicator — You translate complex solutions into simple benefits. Clients trust you because you're straight with them.

Agency Account Manager/Director - UK (Perm or CTP/T2P)

Demand7 is looking for an Agency Account Manager or Director to own and grow our agency relationships across London and EMEA.

You'll sell AI-powered demand generation solutions—content syndication, telemarketing, waterfall campaigns, ABM programmes, intent-driven outreach—to agencies serving some of the world's fastest-growing B2B brands. Your primary focus is London-based agencies, but you'll also work accounts across Munich, Paris, the Nordics, and beyond.

Agency sales is relationship-driven. We're looking for someone who can open doors, nurture partnerships, and become the go-to demand gen partner agencies call first. If you've already got relationships in the London agency world, that's a strong advantage—but what matters most is your ability to build trust and create value.

You won't be alone. A dedicated Customer Success Manager will support you and your clients post-sale, ensuring campaigns deliver while you focus on growth. You'll also have an entertainment budget to invest in key relationships—used strategically and with clear ROI in mind.

  • Track record of hitting targets — You've consistently delivered against meaningful annual targets. This role has real numbers behind it, and we need someone who's comfortable being measured.
  • Relationship builder — Agency sales is a long game. You know how to nurture accounts, stay top-of-mind, and turn one-off projects into ongoing partnerships.
  • London/EMEA market knowledge — You understand the agency landscape in London and ideally have exposure to European markets. Existing relationships are a bonus.
