Xponential7 and its brands use artificial intelligence tools in the delivery of services and the creation of content. By using our websites and services, you acknowledge the following:

That provision will be limited, modified, or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver
